Will you claim these truths with me today??
Today, I will rejoice in the truth that my Father, God, is crazy in love with me!!! (John 3:16, 1 John 4:10)
I will rest in the fact that His Spirit lives within me and is at work within me to make me more like Him. I don’t have to try harder today to be more like Him, I just need to spend time with Him and He will make me more like Him. (2 Corinthians 3:18, Philippians 1:6)
I will smile when I think of how He loves for me to spend time with Him!! (Matthew 6:33, Matthew 6:6)
In the middle of “crazy” today…which will surely come, my soul can rest in His love. (Psalm 62:5, Psalm 46:10)
I will know that when I don’t know what to pray, the Holy Spirit Himself will intercede on my behalf. (Romans 8:26)
I will renounce any lies that the enemy tries to throw at me about my identity and know that he is the father of lies (John 8:44). I will hold on to the Truth that my identity is in Christ, because I am in Him and He is in me, and I wear His righteousness. I am righteous…NOT because of anything I did, but because of what He did. (Romans 3:22)
I will yield to His Presence so His light can shine in and through me wherever I go today. (Matthew 5:16)
I will smile when I think that one day, I will have a new name…a name written on a white stone…a name that He already knows and one day will reveal to me! (Revelation 2:16)
When I feel like I’m coming unraveled, I will call out to Him for help because HE is the One that holds me together! (Colossians 1:17)
I will rest assured knowing that my God will never leave me or forsake me. (Hebrews 13:5)
I will smile knowing that my Father delights in me. (Zephaniah 3:17)
I will fix my hope on Jesus, and know that He is coming back for me, and I will be presented to Him with the church, as His bride, without stain or wrinkle or blemish!! (2 Corinthians 4:14, Ephesians 5:27)
Because I love Zion,
I will not keep still.
Because my heart yearns for Jerusalem
I cannot remain silent.
I will not stop praying for her
until her righteousness shines like the dawn,
and her salvation blazes like a burning torch.
The nations will see your righteousness.
World leaders will be blinded by your glory.
And you will be given a new name
by the LORD’s own mouth.
The LORD will hold you in his hand for all to see—
a splendid crown in the hand of God.
Never again will you be called “The Forsaken City”
or “The Desolate Land.”
Your new name will be “The City of God’s Delight”
and “The Bride of God,”
for the LORD delights in you
and will claim you as his bride.
“Let the Word of Christ richly dwell within you…”
